Q. Do your services include a warranty?

A. Yes. We provide service warranties for residential and commercial clients.

Q. Do you offer a referral incentive?

A. Yes. Refer us to your neighbors, friends and family who are in need of pest control services and benefit from our referral discount, saving you $20 off your next service!

 

Q. Do we need to leave during treatment?

A. No. Generally speaking it is not necessary for clients to evacuate their homes while services are being performed.

Q. Do you offer real estate termite inspections?

A. Yes, It is always advisable to have your property fully inspected for active termite damage before purchasing. Please contact us for a full termite inspection and detailed report.

Q. What type of payment methods are accepted?

A. Cash, Personal check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

Q. Will I get a discount if I pay the whole year upfront?

A. Yes. If you prepay your annual services in advanced, you will get a 5% discount off the annual cost.

Q. Can I pay my service invoice balance before my scheduled appointment?

A. Yes. When our pest services are scheduled - a confirmation, and invoice are emailed from our company to the email address we have on file. You have the ability to pay online ahead of time, or pay at the time of service.

Q. Do I have to be locked in a contract?

A. No, we do not have any policies binding clients to a contract. We establish a mutual agreement with clients, to provide pest control services with no legally binding contracts or cancellation fees.
